DAY OF MINDFULNESS. Saturday was a day of mindfulness that was facilitated by our friends at the PoJama Sangha. It was a wonderful day full of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and dharma discussion from some outstanding, insightful teachers. I look forward to getting totter with these friends very soon.
