Hello friends! There will be NO meditation session tomorrow night, Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, due to the Halloween holiday. I will be spending the evening with my family. Be safe out there, and I will see you next week! -Jake

We are a spiritual community of both Buddhists and non-Buddhists interested in the teachings of the Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, and through mindfulness meditation, aspire to cultivate the Buddha Nature that lives within each and every one of us.

WHEN WE MEET…

Our group, or Sangha, meets Every THURSDAY evening from 7:30-9PM at Phap Hoa Buddhist Temple in Vernon, CT. Our address is 85 Prospect St. Vernon, CT 06066. ALL ARE WELCOME. No meditation experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and please remove your shoes upon entering the temple. Please dress with warm layers during winter months because it can be chilly in the large hall. Cushions and chairs are provided. There is no cost involved, however, donations can be offered to the temple for the use of the space, if you so choose.
